Expressions
In the beginning of April, the salon staff attended "Expressions" in Illinois, where they studied Surface and Redken's new Chromatics color line as well as new spring colors and styles.
Sally Montavon Visits
Heads Up Hair Salon brought in Sally Montavon, owner and stylist of Studio 404, and platform speaker, last November of 2011. They spent the day discussing client relationships. Sally Montavon introduced to the salon her objectives of every client appointment including (1) 100% great hair days and (2) a great visit. She continued by discussing the keys of a consultation.
